FEES AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

Private Tutoring for college students with a professional instructor offered at a neutral location.

The hourly rates for tutoring college-level courses vary. The fees depend on your choice of a tutoring lesson (private or small group setting), subject, time of a day, and day of the week.

1) Rates for One-On-One Tutorials for College Students

1. Our hourly rates for adult students are in the range of $35 to $50 per hour
2. Tutoring in Mathematics
   • The most popular tutoring sessions offered to college students are in Mathematics.
   • The hourly rates for Math tutorials during business hours (Mondays through Fridays between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.) are:
     • All Math subjects up to Precalculus level (not included) are charged at $35 per hour.
     • Precalculus, Calculus, Mathematical Modeling, and Statistics are charged at $40 per hour.
3. Tutoring in business subjects (Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management)
   • The hourly rates for these business subjects are in the range of $40 to $45 per hour
   • The actual rate applied to a specific tutorial will reflect the level of difficulty of a particular subject.
4. Evening and weekend appointments
   • All tutorials offered after 4:00 p.m. and on weekends are charged at the minimum rate of $45 per hour.

*Our Cancellation Fees Policy

Georgia Tutoring understands that sometimes unforeseeable circumstances may necessitate changes in schedules. If such changes in plans lead to cancellation or rescheduling of a previously-scheduled lesson, we would waive our cancellation fees provided that parents, guardians or college students notified us via our phone line at least one day in advance prior to the originally scheduled tutoring lesson. Our phone numbers are 770-559-3000, 770-446-5800. Please do not use our e-mail address for cancellations/rescheduling.

Any changes made for the same day appointments will result in the cancellation fees posted above.

Contractual clients may reschedule up to 2 sessions per month at any given month provided that clients notified Georgia Tutoring via our phone lines with at least 4-hour-notice for the same day tutoring lesson. Our phone numbers are 770-559-3000 and 404-493-4493 .

Our clients understand that Georgia Tutoring conducts a legitimate business in the State of Georgia. Short notifications about cancellation of tutoring lessons (given to us on the same day) may harm our business financially and would not give our manager an ample time to schedule another student for the cancelled appointment times.

Exceptions: Medical emergencies with doctor's and/or client's notices and school closings due to weather conditions will be considered by Georgia Tutoring.
