FEES AND PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR IN-HOME TUTORING

Our tutoring rates vary and depend on subjects of tutoring and grade levels. We determine the hourly rates based on distance of travel, subject of tutoring, grade levels, and number of tutoring hours purchased.

We will also offer one free tutoring lesson to those customers interested in a long-term (minimum of three months) contract.

We accept various forms of payments, including major credit cards. We charge $30 for any returned checks been marked as NSF.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Georgia Tutoring understands that sometimes unforeseeable circumstances may necessitate changes in schedules. If such changes in plans lead to cancellation or rescheduling of a previously-scheduled lesson, we would waive our cancellation fees provided that parents, guardians or college students notified us via our phone line at least one day in advance prior to the originally scheduled tutoring lesson.

Any changes made for the same day appointments will result in the cancellation fees equivalent to the full value of the cancelled session.

Contractual clients may reschedule no more than one session at any given month provided that:

1. They notified Georgia Tutoring via our phone lines.
2. They requested another schedule for the replaced session given us at least 4-hour-notice.

Our clients understand that Georgia Tutoring conducts a legitimate business in the State of Georgia. Short notifications about cancellation of tutoring lessons (given to us on the same day) may harm our business financially and would not give our manager an ample time to schedule another student for the cancelled appointment times.

Exceptions: Medical emergencies with doctor's and/or client's notices and school closings due to weather conditions will be considered by Georgia Tutoring.
